Because there is a difference in dental care, our office has elected not to participate in reduced fee dental plans. This ensures that there are no barriers to prevent you from receiving the care that you and our dental team, together, decide is in your best interest. We are a "FEE FOR SERVICE" office. However as a courtesy to
patients we file insurance. Any balance not paid by your insurance company within 30 days is the patient's responsibility. There will be a 1 ½ % interest charge per month (18% apr) on all accounts past 30 days.

Payment Options

For payment made in full at the time of service a 5% discount is offered when paying
with cash or check only. A 30% partial payment is expected at the time of service. Recall appointments are an exception and do not require payment at the time of service if you have insurance. Payment arrangements for extensive treatment plans may be available. Please see our Business Office Coordinator for details.
